The Halloween Parade at Hudson's Preschool was so cute - they had the kids come out and do a photo op, with all the relatives snapping pics like crazy suburban paprazzi - Hudson loved it.

A little midday bowling. It's kind of nice that Rylie's school is the only one that has Fall Break in October, we had the whole bowling alley to ourselves. Ellie liked crawling around and checking out all the buttons and bowling balls!
We met Aly and Dondi for an impromptu lunch at REI, and it was so much fun - Hud and Dondi would have thrown little rocks and sticks in the river all day.
For my birthday we went on a super beautiful hike near Morrison - the leaf change was peaking, and it was so peaceful and lovely!
